At Princess Did It LLC, we strive to provide quality services and products. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.

1. Service Bookings (Appointments)

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 Hours in advance may be eligible to reschedule the appointment once without a new deposit.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (outside the allowed cancellation window) will forfeit the deposit and may require full payment for rebooking.

2. Products

  • All product sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • To request a replacement or refund for damaged/defective items, contact us at princessdiditllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

    • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence.

    • We will review your request and notify you of the approval or denial.

3. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
