At Princess Did It LLC, we strive to provide quality services and products. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.
1. Service Bookings (Appointments)

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made at least 24 Hours in advance may be eligible to reschedule the appointment once without a new deposit.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (outside the allowed cancellation window) will forfeit the deposit and may require full payment for rebooking.
2. Products

All product sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

To request a replacement or refund for damaged/defective items, contact us at princessdiditllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence.

We will review your request and notify you of the approval or denial.

3. Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
