  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
    Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • International Shipping:
    Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 7–21 business days depending on location and customs clearance.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Princess Did It LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email princessdiditllc@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged package/item (if applicable)

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
